What’s Trill Kitchen?
Writer and editor Rodni Rankine, launched Trill Kitchen™ from a Snapchat cooking series. The 2020 launch on this platform is a manifestation for black women taking up space, continuing the vision of learning, growing and sharing, just like in mom’s kitchen.

Bio
At the core, Rodni Rankine is a language and education enthusiast. After finishing her undergraduate degree in English (with a minor in Theatre) at The City College of New York (CCNY), she joined the 27th cohort of the NYC Teaching fellows (NYTF) and began her Masters in the Art of Adolescent English Education at CUNY’s Brooklyn College. These rewarding experiences, simultaneously acting as an official contestant and state finalist in the 2017 Miss New York USA pageant helped her in exercising the necessary personal and professional skills which propelled her into a space for thriving on detail. Her on-the-job experience has afforded her with a well-rounded skill set, a solid educational foundation and a passion for teaching and learning. “After all, education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.” - John Dewey.
