The self-taught chef kept it super candid. He exposed some of the hardships of starting his business, detailed the support of his wife and family and expressed his motivation for keeping it going six years strong. He shared “I must’ve blown five or six grand trying to get this business off the ground. Probably more. I’m being modest. The brilliant part is that I didn’t give up.”
